Email support@dally.ai with as much detail as you can: the account email you signed up with, what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. A person reads every message.
Your account and data
You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from your Dally settings, or revoke Dally's access from the platform's own app-permissions page. To have your stored data deleted, use the data deletion page. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days. How we handle data is written down in the privacy policy and the terms of service.
API, ChatGPT, and Claude connections
Connecting Dally to an AI assistant, the public API's reference, and every operation it serves are documented at docs.dally.ai. If a connection misbehaves, include the approximate time it happened in your email so we can find the request on our side.
